RRB Paramedical Score Card 2026 Released: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially released the RRB Paramedical Score Card 2026, along with the CBT result and cut-off marks for candidates who appeared under Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. 03/2025. The recruitment drive was conducted for various paramedical categories across Indian Railways, offering opportunities in healthcare and medical support services.

According to the official notification released on 29 May 2026, shortlisted candidates will now proceed to the next stages of recruitment, namely Document Verification and Medical Examination.

What is RRB Paramedical Recruitment?

To access the scorecard, candidates need:

  2. Date of Birth

The scorecard facility will remain available for only 15 days from the date of the official notification. Therefore, candidates are advised to download and save their scorecards immediately for future reference.

Document Verification (DV): What Happens Next?

Candidates shortlisted through the CBT will now be invited for Document Verification (DV).

The Railway Recruitment Board has clarified that:

  • DV venue details will be mentioned in the e-call letter.
  • Candidates will receive information through SMS, Email, and the official website.
  • E-call letters must be downloaded before the reporting date.
  • Candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies.

Importantly, merely being called for DV does not guarantee a final appointment. The candidature remains provisional until all verification and medical requirements are completed.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates must produce:

  • Educational qualification certificates
  • Community/Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Identity proof
  • Date of birth proof
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Signature documents
  • Other certificates mentioned in the recruitment notification

In addition, candidates must upload scanned colour copies of all required documents through the Railway DV portal before appearing for verification.

Medical Examination Process

After successful Document Verification, candidates will be sent for Medical Examination at designated Railway Hospitals.

The official notification states:

  • Medical examination generally takes place immediately after DV.
  • Candidates should remain prepared for a stay of approximately 3–4 days.
  • Only Rs. 24 is payable as the prescribed medical examination fee.
  • No additional charges are required except in rare cases where specialized tests, such as a CT Scan or an ultrasound, become necessary and are not available at the Railway Hospital.

Candidates who fail to appear for the DV or Medical Examination may lose their candidature.
