Mizoram PSC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2026: MIZORAM PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (MPSC), Mizoram New Capital Complex, Aizawl has released a notification for the recruitment of Nursing Officer and Staff Nurse.
Direct Recruitment Examination for the under-mentioned posts is to be conducted by the Mizoram Public Service Commission. Application can be submitted through the Mizoram Public Service Commission’s online portal https://mpsconline.mizoram.gov.in till 12/06/2026 upto 4:00 PM.
Probable applicants who have not registered in the one-time registration portal must register by 4:00 pm on the last date of submission of the application. An Applicant must verify that his/her application is actually submitted after payment is made; the claim of the Applicant regarding his/her Candidature will not be entertained.

Job Description:
Nursing Officer/Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, medical assistance, record maintenance, managing ward activities, and implementing public health initiatives.
Educational Qualification:
Nursing Officer: Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife (RNRM)
Staff Nurse: Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered under Registrar Nurse and Registrar Midwifery.
Computer Proficiency: Computer Proficiency as prescribed by the Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023, notified vide No. A.12018/31/2020- P&AR (GSW) dated 10.03.2023. (Click for details at https://tinyurl.com/compproficiency.
Age Limit
The minimum age required is 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 35 years as on January 1, 2026. Age relaxation for SC/ST candidates will be provided according to government rules.
Mizo Language Proficiency:
A candidate must achieve the pass mark in the qualifying test of Mizo Language Proficiency as prescribed by the Government from time to time.
