About the Tata Steel Compliance Apprenticeship Program

The Compliance Apprenticeship Training has been designed to provide practical industry exposure to eligible candidates. During the one-year training period, apprentices will work in different sections of TM International Logistics Ltd. and receive hands-on learning under experienced professionals.

The training is conducted in accordance with the Apprentices Act, 1961, along with its latest amendments.

Role description

  • Trainees will be under on-the-job plant training for 1 year (under the Apprenticeship Act,1961 and its latest amendments) at various sections of TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL).
  • During the one-year training period, candidates shall be given a stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act, which will be shared by TMILL and the Government as per NATs ‘ guidelines.
  • Candidates will be registered in the NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship portal.
  • On successful completion of one year of training, candidates will be assessed through a written test and an interview. Based on their performance, they will be awarded a one-year apprenticeship completion certificate from SNTI.
  • The advertisement outlines a one-year apprenticeship training opportunity. Please note that participating in this program does not guarantee employment after its completion. During one year of Apprenticeship Training, candidates need to arrange their own accommodation. No hostel facility shall be provided.

Stipend Details

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act guidelines.

The stipend will be shared jointly by TM International Logistics Ltd. (TMILL) and the Government, following the norms of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
