BEL Assistant Security Officer Recruitment 2026: BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED (A Govt. of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence), has released a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Security Officer (E-1).
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company, requires Security Officers permanently for its Units/ Facilities located at Bengaluru, Vellore, Palasamudram, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, and Nagpur.

According to the official advertisement released by Bharat Electronics Limited, a total of 7 vacancies have been announced for the post of Assistant Security Officer in Grade E-I.

 Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2026
The upper age limit for candidates is 40 years as on 1 May 2026.
Age relaxation benefits include:

BEL Assistant Security Officer Recruitment: Salary Amount
Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/ – 3% – Rs. 1,20,000/- + admissible allowances CTC: Rs. 7.75 Lakhs (Approx.)
Apart from the basic salary, candidates will also receive:

METHOD OF SELECTION:
The candidates meeting the qualifying criteria mentioned in the advertisement and whose applications have been accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for the Written Test for 85 marks, and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for the Interview for 15 marks. The place of the written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only.
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria and whose online applications are accepted will be sent an SMS and an email. They are required to log on to the BEL website and enter their credentials to access and download their Written Test Call Letter.
Candidates are required to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein. Please note that call letters will not be sent through email or through conventional mail.
