About the Tata Steel Compliance Apprenticeship Program
The Compliance Apprenticeship Training has been designed to provide practical industry exposure to eligible candidates. During the one-year training period, apprentices will work in different sections of TM International Logistics Ltd. and receive hands-on learning under experienced professionals.
The training is conducted in accordance with the Apprentices Act, 1961, along with its latest amendments.
Role description
- Trainees will be under on-the-job plant training for 1 year (under the Apprenticeship Act,1961 and its latest amendments) at various sections of TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL).
- During the one-year training period, candidates shall be given a stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act, which will be shared by TMILL and the Government as per NATs ‘ guidelines.
- Candidates will be registered in the NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship portal.
- On successful completion of one year of training, candidates will be assessed through a written test and an interview. Based on their performance, they will be awarded a one-year apprenticeship completion certificate from SNTI.
