The public sector mining company is inviting online applications for 70 vacancies in E2, E3, and E4 grades, offering attractive salary packages and long-term career opportunities in one of India’s leading copper-producing organizations.

Age Limit and Experience

The age limit varies according to the grade applied for.

E2 Grade (Deputy Manager)

  • Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Required Experience: 3 years

E3 Grade (Manager)

  • Maximum Age: 42 years
  • Required Experience: 6 years

E4 Grade (Senior Manager)

  • Maximum Age: 47 years
  • Required Experience: 9 years

Medical positions have separate age and experience requirements depending on qualifications.

Selection Process for Hindustan Copper Recruitment

Service Bond

Candidates selected through this recruitment drive must serve the company for at least three years.

A service bond of 3 lakh will be executed at the time of joining. If an employee leaves before completing the mandatory service period, the bond amount will be recoverable by the company.
