HAL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Technical Training Institute, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released a notification for the Walk-in selection for NATS Apprenticeship Training for Non-Engineering Graduates.
Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore is conducting the selection drive to engage NonEngineering Graduate to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) administered by Board of Apprentice.
The recruitment drive will be conducted by HAL’s Technical Training Institute in Bengaluru and offers selected candidates a one-year apprenticeship program designed to provide practical industry exposure and professional training.

HAL Opens Apprenticeship Opportunities for Graduates
HAL is one of India’s leading aerospace and defence organizations, operating multiple production divisions, research and development centres, and service facilities across the country. Through this apprenticeship initiative, the organization aims to provide hands-on training to young graduates and help them develop industry-ready skills.
The apprenticeship training will be conducted under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), administered by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region.

Eligibility Criteria for HAL Apprentice Recruitment
Candidates interested in applying must meet the following conditions:
- Must possess a BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA or BCA degree in the specified discipline.
- The degree should have been obtained from a recognized Indian university on or after 1 August 2021.
- Candidates who have already undergone, are currently undergoing, or are registered under a NATS apprenticeship contract elsewhere are not eligible.
- Applicants with one year or more of work experience are not eligible.
Monthly Stipend and Benefits
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.12,300 throughout the 12-month training period. In addition, HAL will provide access to a subsidized canteen facility. As per government guidelines, 50 percent of the stipend amount will be borne by the Government of India.
Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must first register as a “Student” on the NATS apprenticeship portal and carry a copy of their registration details during the walk-in selection process.
HAL has also clarified that:
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.
- Completion of apprenticeship training does not guarantee employment in HAL.
- Selection will be based on merit and availability of vacancies.
- Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
Documents Required at the Venue
Applicants must bring original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies and two passport-size color photographs.
Required documents include:
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Degree certificate or provisional degree certificate
- Semester-wise degree mark sheets
- CGPA/GPA conversion guidelines, if applicable
- Caste certificate or PwD certificate for reserved category candidates
- NATS registration details
