Probation and Service Bond

Candidates appointed through this recruitment will remain on probation for one year.

They will also have to sign a three-year service bond.

• JMG Scale-I: Leave before three years and pay an amount equivalent to three months’ gross salary (maximum Rs.2 lakh).
• MMG Scale-II, MMG Scale-III & SMG Scale-IV: Maximum bond liability is Rs.3 lakh if leaving before completing three years.
