Itibachak Barta Foundation: Every meaningful journey begins with a simple thought. Some journeys begin with money, some with power, and some with large institutions behind them. But some journeys begin with only a dream and a belief that society can change.
Back in 2023, the journey of Positive Barta started from a small Facebook group. It was not created to become a large organization or movement overnight. The idea was simple. The belief was simple.
“Society can change through positivity.”
With the guidance and inspiration of Sri Malay Pit, Positive Barta started walking with one thought in mind: that people do not only need information, but they also need hope, inspiration, opportunities, and a positive direction in life.
What began as a digital platform slowly became a family of people who believed that constructive ideas and positive action can create real social change.
Today, that small beginning has transformed into the Itibachak Barta Foundation, carrying forward larger responsibilities and broader dreams for society.
The journey was never only about social media posts or online discussions. Step by step, Positive Barta moved into real-life social initiatives, education, youth development, healthcare awareness, women’s empowerment, and technology-based solutions for human welfare.
According to the foundation overview, Positive Barta was built with a vision to create a socially responsible and progressive community through positivity, social awareness, and collaborative action.
Building Change Through Technology and Humanity
As time moved forward, the organization realized something important:
Technology itself is not enough. Technology becomes meaningful only when it reaches people and improves their lives.
Under the guidance of Malay Pit, Positive Barta introduced initiatives using Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence to create opportunities for youth and communities. It introduced completely free AI training programs in West Bengal and Tripura, especially for young people facing financial difficulties. The initiative also included free accommodation, meals, and stipends for learners so that economic barriers would not stop their dreams.

- It became a bridge between dreams and opportunities.

Social Development Beyond Technology
Positive Barta gradually expanded its activities into multiple sectors.
Rural Economy and Cultural Development
Through Santiniketan E-Haat, rural artisans, farmers, and folk performers were connected directly with larger audiences, helping create sustainable livelihoods.
Women Empowerment
Women-led entrepreneurship initiatives helped many women become economically independent through skill development in handicrafts, jewellery making, terracotta work, and other activities. More than six hundred women reportedly became economically self-sufficient through these efforts.
Healthcare and Social Welfare
Positive Barta organized health awareness programs, including public health education and telemedicine support for underserved communities.
Youth Development
The platform encouraged young people to replace negativity with responsibility, leadership, and social awareness.
A New Chapter: Santiniketan Digital Mission
Today, another major chapter is beginning through the Santiniketan Digital Mission.
This mission is a human-centered initiative that aims to bring healthcare, education, tourism, sports, and culture closer to people through technology.

Santiniketan Digital Hospital
As part of this mission, on 25 September 2026 (Friday) at Tripura Santiniketan Medical College & Hospital, the official inauguration of Santiniketan Digital Hospital will take place.
The purpose of this initiative is to make healthcare simpler, faster, and more transparent for ordinary people.
