27 July to 3 August 2026

During this period, postal divisions will:

  • Capture and update vacancy details from different postal circles.

4 August to 5 August 2026

Postal circles will:

  • Verify the captured vacancies.
  • Finalise the vacancy data before the recruitment notification is issued.
